Eric has been actively involved in merger and acquisition related activities both domestically and internationally since 1988 and has an extensive background in finance, accounting and general management. His career began in 1977 in a Fortune 100 firm and encompassed work in manufacturing, information services and telecommunications firm He successfully led functional and cross-functional acquisition teams, and has been integral to the success of new businesses and product launches, outsourcings and business mergers. His financial background includes positions in all areas of finance including CFO, and his general manager responsibilities have included leading high-growth multi-state start-ups in the Pacific Northwest.
Mr. Breidenbach earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington and received an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s distinguished Executive Program.

After attending Bellevue College with a major in Business Administration, Khalianney began her career in hotel business operations and accounting, which then succeeded into hotel sales and marketing, and being involved in the opening of a new franchise hotel. She would later become part of a financial institution learning from the various divisions of Lending, Valuations, Mortgages, Home Equities, and other loans, working with consumers and escrow companies. Her latest development prior to Business Team was in Asset Management, Property Management, and Leasing/Acquisitions in Commercial Real Estate. Business brokering is a natural extension of Terry's background which was focused on merger and acquisition activity, property taxation, accounting, and appraisal work since 1973. Terry began his career with The American Appraisal Company and went on to become a Principal with Arthur Andersen and a Partner with Ernst & Young, an international consulting firm. He has been a presenter for accounting, valuation and taxation seminars for the American Management Associations, American Society of Appraisers, National Association of Accountants, Oregon Department of Revenue, and various state AICPA groups.
Terry is a prior certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and has chaired various committees.

Graduating from Central Washington University with a degree in Accounting, Vinh Bui, began his career in a non-profit organization in analyzing opportunities to fund various programs serving immigrant and refugee communities in the local Seattle area.
Vinh opened his first business several years later and gained considerable knowledge in business operations. Ian MacLachlan received his B.S. in Physics from San Jose University. He founded Grand Prix, a manufacturer and mail-order business for specialty motorcycle parts as well as a chain of Kawasaki dealerships. In 1977 GPC was the largest chain of Kawasaki dealerships in the U.S. After selling GPC through a business broker, he became involved in the business brokerage industry founding Business Team -the largest business brokerage firm in the Western United States. Business Team has arranged the sale of over 7000 companies to date.
Ian is a co-founder and past chairman of the California Association of Business Brokers, has previously served on the Board of Directors of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and is a frequent speaker at IBBA conventions. He is also a member of M&A Source.
He has been qualified as an expert witness in business valuation and standard of care by the California Superior Court.
