I am writing this letter to serve as a written recommendation for Linda Lu of Business Team Brokers.

We decided to put our business up for sale in late 2017. We had a lot of employees and vendors that we worked with. Therefore, I wanted the business to be marketed appropriately while at the same time keeping the sale confidential. As this was my first time selling a business I was apprehensive regarding the process. I needed someone professional and trustworthy who I felt could get the business sold quickly and efficiently. After interviewing 3 agents I decided to go with Linda. I felt she was knowledgeable, honest and had good communication skills. I stressed the fact that I wanted to keep the sale strictly confidential and only information given to qualified buyers who had the cash and experience to purchase. Linda delivered on this. All buyers were qualified financially before the information of our business was given. All meetings with potential buyers were done after hours per my request. After 3 buyer meetings and approximately 5 months on the markets Linda and her team found us a suitable, well qualified buyer. For a business of our size 5 months was a quick turn around time.

There were hiccups along the way as the buyers were from out of state. However, with Linda’s professional guidance she pulled the deal through. I am so grateful for having a great business agent like Linda on our side. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone who is considering buying or selling a business.
